About us

Pascale Paint Effects was established in 1997 by Jaco and Silvia Du Plessis. Originally we concentrated on domestic paint effects on walls and we become one of the most well known companies in Gauteng in wall effects, doing marbling and colour washing etc. in hotels and well known up market restaurants. The company progressed naturally into doing furniture and kitchens/ bic`s. We designed a French country technique.

During 2006 I was contacted by the official construction company one of the biggest bank groups in South Africa as they had a paint effect application in their Bank branches. We did the first contract for them and afterwards they requested that we take over all the interior paint work of their new branches. Which we have been dong ever since. During 2007 we started doing work on another of the big bank groups as well as they discontinued the wall paper they previously used. The resulted in us enlarging our staff compliment and also getting to the stage that our teams are well trained in high quality finishes, at a very fast pace as we are always working under pressure to ensure that these branches are completed timeously and to the satisfaction of the end client.

Over the past 11 years we grew from a small business with one employee and us doing the effects ourselves to a company that now employs over 20 artists, painters and other construction related staff.

The success of our business is solely due to the service that we offer. We maintain a high level of professionalism and the fact that our staff are well trained and highly effective in what they do. Furthermore each site is overseen by us personally so we have a very small hands-on management structure. Each team has a team leader that is always on site and who ensures that the quality control is in place at all times.

Our motto in the company is that we do not leave a site unless our client is 100% happy with the end result.
